The OTech data centers feature:
- Environmentally controlled raised floor computer rooms
- Full power system redundancy
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
- Generator backup

The Application Hosting service is made up of basic and add-on components that are implemented and maintained by OTech. The processing capabilities of the basic components can be expanded by implementing one or more of the add-on components.
- Basic components are elements of a service that are automatically included in the service
- Add-on components are optional elements of a service

As part of the standard service, OTech also provides technology refresh, which includes procurement, installation, and provisioning to maintain technological currency for each of the standard (basic and add-on) components of the service.
Security
Infrastructure Security
OTech performs various infrastructure vulnerability tasks to ensure that systems housed at the data centers are as safe and secure from unauthorized access attempts as possible. OTech believes that securing the infrastructure from vulnerabilities is just as important as securing the network providing a secure foundation on which customer applications may run. For the protection of OTech and its customers, the particulars of the OTech security program are withheld. To obtain information about the OTech security, please contact an OTech Customer Service Representative to schedule a confidential discussion.
Physical Security
OTech follows industry best practices for the physical security of its data centers. These best practices state that processes and procedures should be established to ensure a safe and secure work environment for the entire OTech workforce and to secure the systems that reside at each of the data centers.
As a result OTech has developed strict security guidelines, policies, and procedures. These ensure that the OTech technical resources are properly protected, that the integrity and privacy of confidential information is maintained, and that information resources are available when they are needed.
