Rates - How we charge for CA.mail

• In addition to setting up your DTS consulting requirements, there are 5 parts to review for using CA.mail

  • Part 2: Determine the amount of storage you require
  • Part 3: Add-on - Determine if you would like to include mobile devices
  • Part 4: Add-on - Determine if you require migration assistance
  • Part 5: Add-on - Determine if you require SMTP Relay

DTS Consulting

The DTS offers consulting to provide assistance with planning, designing, building, implementing, and supporting our services.

Rate Unit of Measure: We charge by the hour for a Staff or a Senior level.
Rate: $115.00 per hour
Cost Description: Certified Level Consulting

Part 1: Mailboxes

DTS provides Microsoft Outlook mailbox functionality (e.g. an address, calendar, etc.).

Rate Unit of Measure: We charge by the mailbox.
Rate: $6.00 per mailbox per month.
Cost Description: Base Mailbox

Part 2: Storage

The DTS provides the disk storage required to store customer mailbox data including the In-box, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Calendar, Contacts and Personal Folders. The disk storage rate is the combined storage for an organization (i.e. not by the individual email box). Customers are charged only for storage that they use.

Rate Unit of Measure: We charge by the GB.
Rate: $18.35 per GB of disk space used per month.

Part 3: Mobile Devices

ADD-ON SERVICE COMPONENT

Mobile devices provide connectivity between the CA.mail mailbox and the wireless Mobile device, providing the ability to send and receive messages instantly, open and review attachments, view your calendar and access contact information. Currently, Blackberry ® services are offered.

Rate Unit of Measure: We charge by user.
Rate: $7.50 per user per month.
Cost Description: Mobile Devices

Part 4: Migration Service

ADD-ON SERVICE COMPONENT

Changing from the customer email environment to CA.mail environment will require an assessment performed by DTS technical staff. These services and associated costs for migration are not included in the rate structure of the CA.mail service.

Rate Unit of Measure: We charge based in part by the quote from the vendor.
Rate: There is no fixed rate because each business need is different. As part of the service, the DTS will prepare a quote that includes the DTS professional services and the contracted vendor costs.
