Project Management The Project Management Branch orchestrates the Office of Technology Services(OTech) delivery of sustainable technology infrastructure to our customers. We are committed to understanding our customers' business objectives and strive to enhance our strategic partnerships.

Account Management The Account Management Branch facilitates the delivery of Office of Technology Services (OTech) services to our customers by helping them navigate through the various service areas and advocating for their business needs. We model and encourage open and consistent communications and build trusted business partnerships.


Self-service

Customer Service System (CSS) Use the Customer Service System (CSS) to request new services, modify existing services, or discontinue a service. This service is normally associated with cost item requests.

Service Request Management System (SRMS) Use the Service Request Management System (SRMS) to make non-cost item requests.


Service Desk

Service Desk The Office of Technology Services (OTech) provides the California Department of Technology and its customers with a 24/7 Service Desk as a central point of contact for reporting, tracking and escalating incidents and requests impacting its internal and external customers.
